For Sellers withdrawing funds, Fast MMO processes withdrawal requests within three (3) business days to the pre-registered recipient address.
Currently, Fast MMO only supports domestic bank transfers within Vietnam. International customers are encouraged to use alternative deposit methods such as cryptocurrency (crypto).
Domestic bank transfers operate on a person-to-person basis. This method incurs no transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days.
Fast MMO does not support deposits/withdrawals via company bank accounts.
Fast MMO does not provide VAT invoices.
This deposit/withdrawal method is suitable for users in various countries who do not have a Vietnamese bank account. Fast MMO currently supports deposits and withdrawals via USDT on the following networks: BEP20, MATIC, AVAX, OP, ARB.
When depositing, ensure you select the correct network and transfer the exact amount (even fractional amounts). The system will automatically register the deposited amount.
When withdrawing, select the correct network and enter the exact withdrawal amount. Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days.
Please note that all blockchain transactions incur a small gas fee. Ensure your balance covers both the withdrawal amount and associated fees.
