Refund Policy 

I. SCOPE AND APPLICABLE PARTIES   

This Refund Policy defines the rights and obligations of Buyers to request a claim for warranty or refund, as well as the rights and obligations of Fast MMO and Sellers in resolving Buyer claims. 

II. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND REQUESTS   

Buyers agree that they can only file a claim for warranty/refund under the following conditions: 

  1. The Buyer has made payment through a valid payment method directly on the Fast MMO website (fastmmo.com - fastmmo.vn) but has not received the Product/Service, has received only part of the ordered Products/Services, or has received a Product/Service that does not function as the Seller promised.
  2. The Seller delivers the wrong Product/Service to the Buyer (e.g., incorrect type, wrong version, etc.).
  3. The received Product/Service is significantly different from the description provided by the Seller.
  4. The Seller has agreed to allow the Buyer to file a claim for warranty/refund. 

Buyers can submit a refund request within three (3) days from the time the order is marked as successfully completed. After this period, the payment will be transferred to the Seller, indicating the Buyer has accepted the product/service as functional and the transaction as successful. 

All refund requests must be made through the Fast MMO website. 

Fast MMO carefully reviews all warranty or refund claims from Buyers and has the final authority to make decisions based on the above conditions and the Fast MMO Terms of Service. 

III. SELLER RIGHTS   

When a Buyer files a warranty or refund claim, Fast MMO automatically forwards the claim to the Seller. Within three (3) days from the claim submission, the Seller must review and decide whether to provide a warranty or a refund. The Seller must resolve the claim within three (3) calendar days (or another timeframe specified by Fast MMO at any given time). If Fast MMO does not receive any dispute response from the Seller within this period, it is understood that the Seller fully agrees with the claim. 

  • The order amount for a Service will be refunded to the Buyer automatically (at the order value) if the Seller does not dispute or fails to provide proof of service completion.
  • The order amount for a Product will be refunded to the Buyer automatically (either partially or fully, depending on the Buyer's claim) if the Seller does not dispute or fails to prove the product functions as described. 

Product/Service disputes on the Fast MMO system will be resolved by the Fast MMO team within three (3) business days. If either the Buyer or Seller intentionally files a false claim, they will receive a negative rating. 

The Seller cannot dispute a claim after the specified resolution period has passed. 

IV. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS   

Fast MMO encourages Buyers to contact Sellers directly to negotiate and resolve issues through the communication channels provided within the Fast MMO system. Please note that using external communication channels outside the Fast MMO system (fastmmo.com - fastmmo.vn) may pose risks to Buyers, as Fast MMO cannot retain evidence of such negotiations. 

V. GENERAL TERMS   

Buyers and Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Fast MMO harmless from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to any dispute resolution costs) arising from any actions taken by Fast MMO under this Refund Policy.
